1、 Inspection before operation
1. Confirm the power supply used by the film winding machine, and do not plug in the wrong power supply. It must be grounded for leakage protection.
2. Check whether the insulation of power supply wire is intact.
3. Check whether the winding film is correctly penetrated.
4. Check whether the machine operates normally when it is in idle operation.
2、 Precautions during operation
1. It is not allowed to install the machine in a soft site.
2. It is not allowed to place the object to be wound on the edge of the rotary table.
3. When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to put your foot on the rotary table of the machine.
4. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop switch to disconnect the power supply of the motor and use the machine for emergency stop.
