The bubble mold is made of low-density polyethylene through a bubble film machine, but do you know how the bubbles on the bubble mold are produced? Let's see. First of all, different kinds of resin materials are selected according to the requirements for the hardness and softness of the bubble mold. Granular materials are sucked into the mixer, and different kinds of materials are mixed and stirred evenly in a certain proportion. The mixed materials are transported to the next process through pipes.
Put the materials into the extrusion molding machine, heat the melted granular materials at a high temperature of 230 ℃, and deliver the melted resin to the blow molding machine. The thin die is made of extruded and expanded resin. By pulling inward and injecting air at the die outlet, it is molded into a cylindrical film, and by injecting air, its thickness can be more uniform. Then cut the cylindrical thin die into two pieces with a knife and put them on the reel.
The two-layer thin die is made into a two-layer thin die through a pressure roller, which is softened by heating the thin die, and then slowly wound with a round hole on the vacuum forming roller. A thin layer of mold is absorbed by the round hole and becomes a vacuum bubble. There are many small holes in the round holes of these forming rolls, which are connected with the machine to extract air. The vacuum forming roller can suck out countless bubbles on the thin mold. The bubble molds produced by the bubble film machine can be packaged by cutting and binding.
Then understand the precautions of the bubble film machine: always check whether the temperature control of the bubble film machine is complete and whether the heating device is complete, and pay attention to timely adjust the heating temperature of each point within the index range. Check the traction speed frequently and control the die thickness. Observe and adjust the uniformity of the die thickness, and the folding diameter meets the specification requirements.
