Do you know how the bubbles on the bubble film are formed? There has always been such a problem. Let's learn how many people like to make bubble films by hand.
First of all, different kinds of resin raw materials are selected according to the soft and hard requirements of the bubble film. The raw material particles are sucked into the mixer, and different kinds of raw materials are mixed and stirred evenly according to a certain proportion. The mixed raw materials are transported to the next process through pipelines.
Raw materials enter the extrusion molding machine. At a high temperature of 230 ℃, the raw material particles are heated and melted, and the melted resin will be sent to the film forming blow molding machine.
The film is made by extruding and expanding the resin. The cylindrical film is made by pulling at the outlet of the film and simultaneously injecting air. Injecting air can make the film thickness more uniform.
Then, use a knife to cut the cylindrical film into two films, and then receive them on the roller. These two kinds of films are made into double-layer films by pressure rollers, which are softened by heating the films, and then slowly wound on the vacuum forming roller with circular holes. A layer of films is absorbed by the circular holes, forming vacuum bubbles.
