Maintenance of bubble film machine

1. Before each startup, check the power supply, vacuum system, air pressure system and cooling system. After the equipment is started, check whether the rotation direction of each rotating part is correct. At ordinary times, pay attention to the lubrication of each lubricating part. Electrical instruments should be maintained normally according to the procedures.

2. Assign special personnel to operate the equipment, and do not allow the extruder screw to idle without material, so as to avoid scratching the screw and the barrel. After shutdown, if there is material stored in the barrel, before restart, the temperature of each temperature zone must be raised to the specified requirements according to the process requirements, and the machine can only be started after holding for more than 30 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to start the machine before the temperature reaches the requirements, so as not to damage the machine parts.

3. When feeding into the hopper, it must be kept clean, and metal debris, sand and small tools must be strictly prevented from entering the feed opening to prevent damage to the barrel and screw. In case of any abnormal noise during operation, it should be stopped immediately for treatment.

4. If the screw is taken out of the barrel for some reason, it shall be properly treated to prevent deformation. If it is not installed back into the barrel for a long time, the screw must be vertically hung to prevent bruise, bending and permanent deformation. The barrel and screw surfaces shall be coated with antirust oil for protection.

5. The use, adjustment, maintenance and service of temperature controller, electronic instrument, electrical switch, etc. shall be carried out according to the procedures and product instructions.

6. In addition to daily maintenance, regular maintenance shall be carried out, the die head shall be thoroughly cleaned every three months, the lubricating grease of various bearings shall be replaced every three months, the lubricating oil of the reducer shall be replaced every six months, and the overall equipment shall be overhauled every two years.

Note: Read the instruction manual carefully before operating the equipment to understand the control and adjustment functions; Be alert and pay attention to safety; Pay attention to safety signs; Wear appropriate protective goggles; Wear appropriate protective clothing; Use maintenance tools correctly and appropriately; The limb cannot directly touch the equipment working at high temperature or being heated. Pay attention to the scald caused by high temperature melt overflow; Pay attention to scratches on precision parts; Properly maintain the equipment; The parameters of wires and power supply used shall meet the requirements

It is absolutely forbidden to switch on the power during circuit maintenance; It is absolutely forbidden to stretch into parts that may cause harm to human body such as equipment transmission; After equipment maintenance, equipment protection facilities shall be returned immediately; Before switching on the power supply, make sure that the equipment is well grounded.
