The film is made by extruding and expanding the resin. The cylindrical film is made by pulling at the outlet of the film and injecting air at the same time. Injecting air can make the film thickness more uniform.
Then, the cylindrical film is cut into two films with a knife, and then received on the roller. The two kinds of films are made into double-layer films by pressure rollers, softened by heating the films, and then slowly wound on the vacuum forming roller with round holes. A thin film is absorbed by the circular hole, forming vacuum bubbles.
These bubble films can be cut and bundled. I always think these bubbles are caused by inflation. They proved simple. In the future, I can safely and boldly hold the bubble.
