Special personnel should be assigned to operate the bubble film machine. The screw extruder is not allowed to run at high speed when there is no material to prevent the extruder screw and barrel from being scratched. After shutting down, if there is material in the barrel, before restarting, the temperature of each single temperature zone must be raised to the required requirements according to the process requirements, and it can be started after insulation for more than 30 minutes. It is forbidden to start before the temperature reaches the requirements to prevent damage to parts.
When the bubble film bag making machine is feeding the material bin, it must be kept clean and metal dirt, sand and tools must not enter the material port to avoid damage to the barrel and extruder screw. If any abnormal sound is found during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for processing.
If the extruder screw is removed from the barrel for some reason, it should be properly handled to prevent deformation. If it is not installed back into the barrel for a long time, the extruder screw must be vertically suspended to prevent scratches, bending and permanent deformation. The surface of the barrel and extruder screw are coated with anti-rust agent for protection.
The use, adjustment, maintenance and maintenance of temperature controllers, instrumentation, electrical switches, etc. should be carried out in accordance with technical specifications and product manuals.
In addition to routine maintenance, regular maintenance should be carried out, the material pipe should be thoroughly cleaned every three months, various bearings should be replaced with grease every three months, the reducer should be replaced with grease every six months, and the equipment should be maintained as a whole every two years.
Before operating the bubble film bag making machine, read the instruction manual carefully and understand the operation and adjustment functions; remain alert and ensure safety; pay attention to safety warning signs; wear appropriate goggles; wear appropriate protective clothing; use maintenance tools properly; the body should not directly touch high-temperature working or heated equipment, and pay attention to burns from overflow of high-temperature melts; pay attention to scratches on high-precision parts; perform proper maintenance and care on the equipment; the parameters of the cables and power supplies used should meet the requirements.
